Transparency<\/strong><\/p>\n

Foundations are non-profit entities established through the allocation of assets or rights of economic content and the allocation of returns or resources obtained by other means to the fulfillment of purposes of general interest.<\/p>\n

In Catalonia, the General Directorate of Law and Legal Entities is responsible for the registration and supervision of foundations. Through the Protectorate of Foundations, the Administration exercises control over foundations to ensure and contribute to the correct exercise of the right of foundation and the fulfillment of foundational purposes.<\/p>\n

Every year, RCR Bunka Private Foundation presents its annual reports to the Protectorate.<\/p>\n
